Certificate Programs

The Simon Graduate School of Business offers a certificate program designed to allow students with a completed bachelors degree to take graduate courses from a top business school to strengthen their background for continued professional development or a future graduate degree.

A Certificate Program from the Simon School can open new doors for you. It can improve your chances for advancement within your current field or it can start you on the way to a new and exciting career. This commitment to your professional growth will add a significant boost to your resume, as well as provide you with the confidence you need to take charge of your future. In addition, earning a certificate will help you stay current by deepening your knowledge base in one of our five areas of specialization:

• Design of Effective Organizations
• E-Commerce Strategies
• Financial Analysis
• Health Sciences Management
• Service Management

The Certificate Program is designed for busy professionals and scheduling is flexible. Certificate Program participants take five or six designated M.B.A. courses, with each course offered one night a week for 10 weeks. Participants can enter the program at the beginning of any quarter, and the certificate can be completed in as little as one year or extended over a three-year period.

Individuals who wish to pursue a degree program at the School after completing a Certificate Program have the option of matriculating in either the part-time or full-time M.B.A. or M.S. program, provided they maintain a 3.0 cumulative average and meet other admissions criteria.
